J.D. Reinhardt II - Owner

As a Quincy native, J.D. began a banking career in 1983 as an ATM technician and teller, transitioned into collections, and was hired in 1988 by Mercantile Bank as a consumer lender. Eventually, he moved into mortgage lending, and alongside a dedicated and loyal staff, built a mortgage department based on superior customer service. J.D. has served on several community committees and has been treasurer of Habitat for Humanity for more than 20 years, treasurer of Quinsippi Soccer League, serves at Madison Park Christian Church and thrives on helping and serving others. He is also a member of the Masonic Lodge and Shriners. Gifted in mechanics, business, and serving people, J.D. has embraced the insurance business with a vast knowledge and enjoys being able to help people feel secure in their financial assets.

Ben Reinhardt - Agent

J.D. and Paula's son, Ben, joined the agency in May 2018 after he graduated from Culver-Stockton College. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and enjoys building relationships while working with people. Ben has been working in the agency as a Customer Service Representative since 2015 and has been fully licensed as a producer since 2014. He loves serving at Madison Park Christian Church as a worship band member and in other areas. Ben is a member of the Optimist Club of Quincy, an Ambassador for the Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce, a member of The District Board, and was the 2022 Young Professional of the Year. He enjoys spending time outdoors on his ATV, on the water in his kayak, and camping. Ben looks forward to helping individuals find the best insurance options to fit their needs.

History

Bob and Clara Burghart started the Robert E. Burghart Insurance Agency in 1972, which began a tradition of a business based on hard work, building relationships and serving people. J.D. and Paula Reinhardt transitioned into the agency in 2010. J.D. and Paula feel blessed to have this opportunity to carry on the tradition that Bob and Clara began more than 45 years ago of servicing customers, building relationships, helping people and giving back to this great Quincy community.
